        Early check in is 11:00am when available at a fee of $35
        Late checkout is 3:00pm when available at a fee of $35


Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 21 days prior to check-in, forfeit 25% of total rental fee for rental period.
Cancel 14 days prior to check-in, forfeit 50% of total rental fee for rental period.
Cancel 07 days prior to check-in, forfeit 75% of total rental fee for rental period.
Cancel 48 hours prior to check-in, forfeit 100% of total rental fee for rental period.
The Occupant shall during the rental term keep and maintain the property in good condition and
shall be responsible for any loss, casualty, damage or destruction to said property notwithstanding
how caused and Occupant agrees to return said property in its present condition, reasonable wear
and tear excepted.
The scenery in this area is beautiful. You have the Joshua Tree Forest, the ever changing mountain
range of the Grand Wash Cliffs with their spectacular colors, the Grand Canyon West and of course
Lake Mead  National Recreational Area. The air is clean and the skies are clear. At night you can view
millions of stars in the sky.
